4month old crying

Hi everyone, (im new)

i have a 4month old, he is normally really happy but over the past few weeks his mood has changed. He was happily eating 8oz every 4hr and sleeping through the night he mood changed so i tried 7oz every 3hr he still sleeps through. Through the day he can burst in to a crying moment that lasts 1 or so he seems to be crying for no reason, the other main time is after bath time now he wont even take his last bottle.

I just feel like im doing something wrong has anyone got any advice?

If he's crying in the evening, could he just be overtired?

thanks, i do try and get him to nap during the day but hes not a big napper.

Sounds tired to me. Or maybe he's bored? I don't know, what does the cry sound like to you? Is it a tired cry? A hungry cry? The cry he does when he doesn't want to be put down?

Sounds maybe overtired. Such a fine line to tread and once they're overtired it can be tricky to calm them. Hope this phase passes soon

Tired or teeth maybe? My ds got very bored and frustrated around 4m until he could sit crawl etc

He starts with a whine then it escalates into full blown tiers and red face. Hes good with his tummy time and I try to do as much as I can with him.

I have a 5 m/o and she did exactly the same thing, then I notice 2 little teethies poking through..! She has stopped it now but she would be a nightmare in the evening! I just shifted her routine ever so slightly as she was hungry an hour before bath was due so I made her bath / Bed time later and it worked for her. If he's anything like mine it was a combination of things. But yep teeth were the main cause maybe have a look and see if you can spot any and try teething gel, if not then just persist with the routine you have I'm sure he will snap out of it xx
