Can't cope with ds's behaviour

Ds is 2.6 he is an absolute nightmare very clingy, climbs on me all day wants to sit on my knee is always at my feet pulls on my clothes to get my attention. He has literally just kicked me in the face.
He's in the process of being diagnosed of possible autism and has communication problems.
He's pulled the new tv of the stand and broken it today. it's usually attached to the wall but we're decorating and had to take it off He's currently climbing on me I was in the kitchen but he's dragged me in here.
I've had about enough I'm at the end of my tether. I feel like all I've done today is shout at him.

I've tried everything to tell him that his behaviour is unacceptable obviously not in those words but he just laughs at me. Example: I read somewhere if they hurt you you should show them they hurt you eg. cry. I tried it he laughed at me...
Really struggling. This is really bloody hard.

Justbatteringon, it is hard. I laugh when people say that their kids are hanging off them because they don't really understand what it's actually like when your child is physically all over you. And it's particularly upsetting when things get broken. We have gone through 4 laptops and all our electronic devices are now surrounded with military style covers! It sounds like he might be very sensory seeking and this would be in line with a possible diagnosis of autism. If he has communications difficulty he may not understand you crying as sadness either. Do you have an occupational therapist or speech therapist to help you yet? That might be a good start.
