10 month old horrible new screechy cry

The title of the thread says it all really, but my DS has in the past few days started crying in what I can only describe as a sort of dry sounding screech, which really grates on me for some reason! It seems like it might be related to him starting to kick off when he doesn't get what he wants etc.

Just curious if this is something anyone else has noticed?

Is it like he's gone sonar? Like only dogs and dominos can hear him?
If so, then yes, I'm right there with you.
My DD started at 9 months and reserves it for her high chair and getting dressed.
Sooooo infuriating.

And obviously by dominos, I meant dolphins...

Yep angry screeching here too. 10.5 months.

If he's feverish with it, get medical advice right now.
If he's just stroppy, try to tune out.

Thanks everyone! Definitely not feverish, he's in grand spirits, just loves making this sound whenever he is doing something he doesn't want to do or is denied something he wants to play with (carving knife, mobile phone, bottle of bleach etc).

Minion yes it's that high! Also dominos mmmmmmmm
