Safety - standing up in cot

Hi, I have a 10mth old DD who has just started standing up in her cot. Unfortunately, she also manages to bang her mouth on the top of the cot whilst she's standing (her mouth /chin just reaches the top of the cot). I can't lower the cot to the lowest level yet as my back won't take the strain of lifting in and out and there's no danger of her climbing out yet. I've been trying to find some kind of protector to fit horizontally over the top bar of the cot but can't find anything. Anyone any ideas . . ?

can you tie a cot bumper over the top of the rail, and tie the ties around the bars?

That may be an option, I will certainly try it - thank you!
