17 week old not using arms properly

Hi. My 17 week old DD is not reaching for things. She brings her hands together and puts them in her mouth but will not reach or grab. She can grip if you press things into her hand but quickly let's go.
She has now started to roll over. Because she won't use her hands she ends up on her face crying and I turn her back again. She pushes up with her legs but not her hands. She didn't do tummy time until 15 weeks as she was in a harness for hip displasia if that makes a difference. I wouldn't think this would affect her wanting to reach for things though.
Should I be worried?
Thanks

She sounds normal to me, they take a while to figure out how to control those finger things. Has she started to look at her fingers? They often have a week or so of just staring at their hands, opening & closing fists, figuring out how they work.

It sounds fine to me and if anything a bit early to roll over. Give her a couple of weeks and you'll probably see a difference.

Thanks both. She's been looking at her hands for a while she just has no interest in using them beyond sucking them. Confused
