Advice for poorly daughter

DD (22 months) was sick this morning. Just the once and nothing since. She is really off her food and has barely eaten. At what point do I "worry"??

When she is very lethargic and can't be woken properly.
If she hasn't taken any fluid (don't worry about food) in 24 hours
If her eyes look sunken and dry.
If she has no wet nappies in 12 hours.
If she has a high temp that doesn't come down with calpol/calprofen.
If it's her first sickness bug it could last a while sadly.
