Hi, I recall seeing posts on this previously but can't recall as it was a while back but my DD (21 months) has a splinter in her foot and I know there are other ways of getting rid of them other than a needle. Anyone know? TIA

I was advised to leave well alone, keep clean and the new skin will push it out as it grows in.

Someone just suggested magnesi sulphate paste but is that ok for a 21 month old?
