Behaviour concern

Hello Everyone,
I am new in this forum,I have a 7 years old boy as such he is a very good but still he cries for each and every thing,he is not able to make a good friend and now he started telling lies also.Please suggest me something I am really worried about him.

We know a very lovely 7yo boy who can be wildly oversensitive, so tears up a lot.

What is yours lying about? What is he so afraid of that he resorts to lies?

Thanks for your reply,lying like he snatch a toy from friend and say no I didn't,some time if some one say's sorry to him but he keep saying no he/she didn't say......this type of lying!!!
and How to control his anger,he get anger for small small things,as such he is very particular about thing, so he want things to be happen as he likes but that's not possible.

sounds like he can't handle his own emotions and he hates getting in trouble
