How do you get 2 year old to sleep in her own bed?

How do I get my 2 year old to sleep on her own bed? She refuses to and jumps into our bed, which is affecting mine and DH's relationship.

Read up on rapid return. My friend did it & it worked for them. You may have to do it a 1000 times but soon the message will be clear .....

We used a gro clock and rapid return if needed.

Dd co slept right up until 2 so we made a huge fuss of turning her cit into abed, choosing new pjs and duvet etc them explained it all.

We sat in her room until she's almost drifted off and then brought her back to bed in the morning until her 'sun was up'.

It took a couple of weeks but she's been in her own bed, sleeping through, since then
