dd3, 7 months, seems...sad

She is very lethargic. She isn't laughing very much. She just went around the shops in her buggy and didn't smile at anyone (very unusual). She is not eating very much either. She doesn't seem to have a temperature or any outward signs of illness but I am a bit worried about her.

hi Enid, I would be concerned too You know her better than anyone and this seems out of character..did she sleep badly last night.. just tired? If not and still not right I would ask to see GP this afternoon. Make sure they check her wee cos my dd1 had a water infection around the same age. Just need to rule it out. Big Hug

I took her to the gp

he could find nothing wrong so of course I then felt stupid

she didn't eat her lunch and I gave her some calpol - she is now rolling around on the floor giggling with dd2 and seems fine!

when in doubt, get the Calpol out
