I have a ds (3.9) and dd (18 weeks ) and I am struggling with bedtimes . Dd now goes to bed around the same time as ds ( wakes up frequently but that is another thread ) I have been doing a long bf in the dark before bed which gets her sleepy but what do I do with ds? Tonight was a nightmare ! Please can you share your routines .... Thank you
