Hi, my LO has had a few spots on her chin and upper lip for over a week. I got back from a trip yesterday, and while Daddy had kept an eye on her, the spots looked very angry, presumably from the snotty nose that hadn't been as wiped-up as I'd have liked. I hit the savlon and when it dried put Vaseline on as a barrier, but these spots look like teenage spots...do 3 year olds develop acne?!
