Can anyone recommend any supplements that might be helpful for mood swings (I think hormone-related) in 10 year old girls? Or foods that might be helpful? Thank you.

It's probably always worth checking with your chemist or GP before giving her anything, but I give my dd evening primrose oil capsules. They help me a lot. I don't think they can cause any problems, but I would still ask the chemist.

Yes, I thought of that. I went into our local health shop and she said they weren't 'supposed' to sell them for children but she didn't know why and she also said 5 years ago lots of people bought them for kids. I'll try the chemist. Actually I have a friend who's a chemist, I'll ask him! Thanks.
