My 12 week old was bringing up what seemed to be saliva today. He does when he's lying on his back and was excessively sucking his hand all afternoon. I put my finger in to check for teeth but couldn't feel anything. He was quite grizzly some of the time so whatever this is it's bothering him. Anyone else experienced this? His sister got her first teeth at 4m.
