Arm folding fear!

My 4 year old daughter has a fear of people folding their arms???
It's driving us crazy. If someone folds their arms, she has a meltdown until they uncross their arms. She has speech and language delay, so it's difficult to talk to her about it. Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Can you pre empty it by saying to people you know that she finds it threatening?
I just Googled it and apparently it's a defensive type move often for those who do it.
I.do it if I'm uncomfortable
Other than that, I don't know ... is it something you can do yourselves for very short periods to get her used to it?
Probably a frigging stupid idea but if you folded your arms and spoke calmly to her but only did it briefly could it help?
Please no one tell me I'm a fuckwit

Poor girl though, I've got that stupid hole phobia and even being verbal I can't explain in.

Does she have any Form of therapy? What do nursery or school do if she's there? Assuming she goes somewhere
