Childhiid warts

My DD has had a wart on her finger for over a year. Over the counter treatments did nothing and the GP said they wouldn't freeze it off, to ignore and it would go away eventually.

Now she has a wart on her lip. I know there are far worse problems for a child to have and I should feel lucky that this is the worst we have to deal with. But I'm so upset. She starts school in Sept and I fear she will be forever known as the warty child.

Again the GP says nothing can be done. This is a long shot, but if anyone has had a similar situation with a lip wart and has anything advice at all that will help, I'd be very grateful to hear it.

Thank you.

Apologies also that I didn't preview and notice the typos.
