How much does your 21 wo sleep?

Ds was sleeping well, he would go to sleep about 8ish and sleep until 7/7.30 with one feed around 3/4am.

He then went through that 4 month growth spurt/sleep regression and was waking every 1-2 hours, not always for food.

After a few weeks he started waking once again around 2-3am. He will have a feed of around 5oz then go back to sleep.

Problem is now he is waking at 4.30/5am. He isn't hungry, sometimes he will talk very loudly to himself, others he starts whining to get up.

I have started giving him a feed around 6pm and then a feed around 10.30/11 in the hope he will sleep a bit longer but it doesn't work.

So after feeding, sterilising and me getting ready for bed I'm going to be bed around 11.30, then I'm up in the night to feed, then I'm up at around 5. I feel like I cannot function without at least 3 cups of tea in the morning Blush

Any advice would be appreciated.
