Three year old refusing to leave the house with one parent

Hi,

I've just had another baby two weeks ago and I was in hospital for 4 days during the birth, and had to go back in a couple of days after coming home for a couple of days, it has majorly stressed my three year old out (she had a stress rash come up whilst I was in hospital) and would like some suggestions of what I can do to sort of fix it.

She has become very stressed whenever wither Me or her Daddy wants her to go out with them and will only come out when the whole family goes out, otherwise she wants to stay at home, and if we try to force her she becomes very emotional (not fake, but real) and refuses to leave the parent at home. I'm at a bit of a loss what to do as my Partner goes back work next week :/. Any suggestions would be excellent.

Thanks

I had issues with my two year old after I had a second baby but more along the ones of him only wanting his dad and getting distressed if I was doing something for him or taking him out. Tbh it was easier when DH was working because he didn't have a choice, there was only me during the day. It took quite a long time to settle but he is unscathed by it now.
