DS's behaviour out of control when poorly

Anyone else noticed that this happens with their children?

He's three soon-to-be four.

He was having a really bad patch at school and turned it around as has been an absolute little star for the last three weeks or so.

However he's poorly again and it's back to square one.

I am happy that I may have noticed a pattern though. Anyone else?

When you say out of control. What sort of things is he doing?

My (just) 4 year old dd is the same. Almost every time her behaviour is hideous she's ill too.
Nothing serious it's always just colds. You have my sympathy, it's so frustrating. Thankfully she still behaves at preschool, just bottles it all up for me and her dad
