How do I stop children grinding teeth?????????

Ds 3 and DD 10mths both grind their teeth.I absolutely hate it but try to bite my tongue and draw attention but they are both doing it more frequently. I know it cant be any good for them so how do I get them to stop???

You can't! It is a narural process to bring the teeth into the correct oclusion, as explained Here

This article mentions it mainly in sleep, but they can do it when awake, dd did it....I sympathise!
