I have got into some bad ways with my 2nd child.. she wears the pants totally.. sleeps in our bed.. diddies, bot bots, demands and paddys wont take no for an answer. . she tantrums so bad its just easier to give in cos its less headache.. my son was so much easier and he often gets pushed aside for her tho I dont favour one over the other hes more placid and doesnt kick off so jaz usually gets what she wants.. has anyone been in this situaions and how do I change it, this week ive put her in her bed when shes asleep to get her used to it and given her cup instead of bottle, and slowly weaning he r off didi too its harrrdd tho lol x

What are didis and bot bots?

I'm not familiar with some of the terms you use, but dealing with problematic behaviour depends a great deal on the age of the child.

How old is she?

It is always easier to give in but for long term improvements in behaviour you have to commit to dealing with bad behaviour and not giving in. So, if tantrums are about wanting some chocolate, for example, stand your ground. Say no and stick to it. It's hard to begin with but after a few days things will improve and she will understand that no means no.

Also, try out positive rewards like a sticker chart with some kind of end reward like watching a favourite programme or buying a magazine to reward good behaviour to encourage it.
