What to give DD with dioarreah

Hi, my 16 month old DD has had dioarreah the past few days. She was sick too but that was (weirdly) following her milk?!?!

I have kept her off her milk drinks the past 48 hours although she has had milk in her cereal and been fine with that.

Food-wise she's not eating much but having a tummy bug (which I assume is what she has) is no surprise.

I seem to be offering her the same things - she's only really been interested in eggs, banana and cheese. I did offer her rice and pasta but she turned her nose up.

Any suggestions of what else I can offer her that's ok on her tummy?

And tonight is night 3 without her bedtime bottle. Am thinking I should take advantage of this and ditch it altogether. What do u think?

I want to reintroduce milk as a drink to her as I know it's still important she has around 300ml of calcium a day and although she has yoghurts and cheese it still won't be enough.

But she turns her nose up at cold milk in a cup. She only likes room temperature milk in a bottle! Any suggestions??

BRAT diet. Bananas, rice, apples, toast.

It's just bananas and toast in that case as rice she's turned her nose up at rice and doesn't like apples at the moment either

There is no need to limit to the BRAT diet. starchy foods are best. would she try warm milk in a cup?
