Baby Signing: More help please!

Can anyone explain how to sign any of these?

Shower
Water
Juice
Out (as in outside or we're going out)
Music
Shoes
Socks

(or tell me where I can find them online - I looked on the something special website but it doesn't cover these)

Makaton uses the following.

Shower - hold hand above head and wave fingers.
Juice -hold hand up to chin and wave fingers as moving hand down.
blacurrant juice make sign for red the sign for juice, orange juice make sign for orang then sign for juice (stating the obvious I know)

Will ask a friend who signs more often for the rest.

For £9.99 there is a basic course and a video dictionary. The teacher, Sue, will also describe any other signs you want to know on her forum. I went on of her courses and she is very good.

Music - mime conducting music

Outside - right hand, palm down. (Argh, too hard to type this one!} Its like pointing but all the fingers point infront of you to indicate outside.

Too be honest, with babies I would just pint in the direction of outside or the door.

Socks - image pinching your sock at your ankles to pull them up.
