15 month old is a great walker and trying to run now, but her legs are a little bow shaped, should i be worried. its mainly from the the knee to the ankle??

no pain or distress just not stright legged. has improved a little but still significantly bowed and mainly noticable with shoes on because angle of shoes is inwards and not straight when walking.

MIne was like this at 15 months and I was worried. He was really bow legged. He's 21 months now and absolutely fine. I'm sure it;ll sort itself out but it is alarming isn't it?

My niece was like this too, she was also born with a club foot and broke her leg at 18 months (not due to be bow legged) but she is 'straightening out' now (at 2 yrs) and is better at walking and running.
It can be alarming to see them trying to run as you expect them to fall over but I think they get around it somehow!

They are pretty much all bowlegged at this stage. Then they go knock kneed and then they straighten properly.
