How do you manage separation anxiety in babies

I know this is normal ask had it with my girls. My bow my boy. I love the extra hugs. Feeds. But it's disruption his sleep and trying to see to all three and just everyday tasks really without him screaming or hanging off my leg. I baby wear too sometimes but sometimes he doesn't want that.

He's waking up just for the sake of comfort and feeds in the night too. Every hour or so the past two nights

DS is also waking every hour for 'feeds' I tested him last night by offering the dummy and cuddles, only actually ended up feeding him twice, little monkey Wink

He's just turned one. We offer a dummy but he won't stay in his cot.. Was every hour last night, well this week really

DD is 13mo and is exactly the same. I guess we just ride it out.
