3 year old sleep problems

MY DARLING ANGEL HAS TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE SLEEPER
my 3yo has always been a great sleeper, going to bed at 7pm and not waking till 7am with no disruptions in the night. For the last 4 weeks she's been getting out of bed, running around, screaming, and hardly sleeping. I need help because my partner and I work full time and we are both shattered..

The amount of sleep 3 year olds need is less than 2 year olds typically... you cannot expect it to stay at 12 hours for ever.

Typically pre-schoolers need 10-13 hours, 12 is at the top end but she's also at the younger end. Maybe move the bed time a little later?
