My 11 week old has always been a bit of a noisy sleeper but lately has been really grunting and groaning in the night and is now waking not only us but his twin sister up so we're having put them in separate rooms and I'm still getting next to no sleep- anyone any ideas of the causes and/or any ideas to help?? Many thanks

Sorry this might sound really obvious but he hasn't got a bit of a blocked nose has be - if so karvol on a tissue at the end of the bed.

I couldn't believe how much noise my little girl made when she was born she always kept me awake - I think I am just used to her now so hopefully he will settle down.

Have you changed anything in the bedrooms or routine that might be causing him to dream? I am sorry I can't offer anything more practical hope he settles soon.

Doesn't sound nasal, more yelling- it does sound sometimes like he's dreaming - we went to Glasgow last weekend and both were a bit unsettled for a couple of days after but seemed to have settled down again. They've been awake more today so hopefully will sleep better- thanks for your advice!
