yep my ds sat up before he could roll. He didn't even attempt to roll until he was almost 8 months, lazy swine!!

Kidstrack · 18/10/2006 16:59

ds was so chubby he didn't roll over until 8m but he was sitting at six months and crawling at 8 1/2m, he was on his feet just before 10m. Dd on the other hand flipped herself over at 3m but didn't crawl till 10 1/2m and walked at 13m. You can tell they are all different

Here

DD didn't roll over until she was 7 months, didn't crawl until just after her first birthday and walked pretty quickly after that. She was just a lazy baby

dd1 rolledover at 9months.

lulumama · 18/10/2006 17:02

neither of mine rolled until they were 11 months old

DS didn;t walk until 17 months old, DD nearly 15 months and can barely stand!

but they both sat up, at 5 and 7 months respectively... i doubt it is a problem

ds never rolled over before he learned to sit but he crawled at 7 mths, so I wouldn't worry too much all babies so different to each other - know plenty of babies who never crawled the traditional way but "bum-shuffled" before walking. (v. cute btw)
