My dd did this too at about the same age and funnily enough she has turned out to be a ballet dancer!

As long as she can stand with her feet flat on the ground and hasn't got really short achilles tendons she should be fine.

I done this when a child. No lasting damage.

It can be an issue. A friend's DD has had repercussions from persistent toe walking. It is something to watch, I understand.

Keep an eye out but usually nothing to worry about. My husband walks normally but run do his toes (fairly successful footballer). Both my children walked like this barefoot but fine in shoes and seem to have grown out of it.
