Hi I'm new to mums net, but had to tell someone. My daughter took her first steps yesterday at 10 months and 3 days
I'm so proud of her it was all I could do not to cry.

congrats to your little dd!

Well done your dd! Do you mean first unaided steps - ten months is early - my DD1 walked at ten months, and gosh it was hard work!

awwww congrats!

Becky is 1 next week and we are no where near first steps!!!

MumAis · 16/10/2006 11:35

Totally unaided. She got up from the floor and took three steps towards her godfather. He had naughtily given her chips earlier that day. I think she wanted some more.

That's great. They're fearless at that age. My dd2 is 13 months and can take a couple of steps, but gets really nervous!

dd is totally fearless, as is husband, where as I'm scared of everything
Unfortunately I didn't get a pic!
