How to introduce day time SD settling naps?

Hi, My Son is now 10wks, exclusively bf but I feel it's time for some sort of routine. Any advice please? X

I think I started to introduce a routine around this age. I started by watching out for when she got tired and hungry naturally and worked from there - at that age she needed 3 sometimes 4 naps each day. Try to do what works best for you and your boy and don't worry about what other people are doing.
