New baby teething? help please!!

Is it possible that my one week old baby is teething? She constantly sucks and chews her fingers and hands and appears to have 2 tooth buds on her lower centre gums.

Some babies are born with teet. It is unusual but possible. My mum says I had a tooth by 3 months and 9 by 9 months!
