My ds (5) seems to have developed a few facial tics in recent weeks. I know that he is anxious about some stuff-just started year 1 and just moved home. Also dd has just had her second birthday and I think his nose has been pushed out of joint a little.

I don't know what I should be doing-at present I am just ignoring it as I donot want to draw attention to it

anyone had this problem before?

I think this is quite common and just a phase? Ds1 stuttered for a while which is also a nervous thing.

Hope someone can reassure you?

it had happened to my DP's nephew (facial tics) when he was about 9 and his mum took him to the docs only just to say that hes doing it for attention so in the end after everyone ignored him for a while, he stopped.
