My dd is 14 weeks, hates tummy time and will not lift head. She will hold if hold her head for a bit if held over shoulder. She will hold if carry her facing away without leaning and she likes this best. She will hold head if sat on lap and move around but will hang head down after bit. She also will naturally tilt and lay to one side although can move head all around. She does have head lag also. I'm really worried as think she should be more advanced than this. My older one is disabled so this adds to stress of worry and nothing to compare to
