12 week growth spurt

Hi Ladies
Just looking for advise and reassurance, my LB is just 12 weeks old has has changes from a happy smiley giggly LB into a grumpy so and so. He's not poorly eating well dirty nappies etc!!!
Is this what a growth spurt us like? Is there anything I can do to help him?

It could even be teething. Sometimes you never get to the bottom of these funny spells where they're not themselves. I wouldn't worry though, teething, growth spurt, whatever, it won't last long! I'd say just go with whatever he wants - sleep, milk, cuddles etc until he's back to his normal self. And look after yourself too - grumpy babies are extra exhausting!
