DS1 and 2 both stopped naps at about 18 months. DD kept on going for quite a bit longer. DD also not good at getting up in the morning for school. her record lie in (aged 3) was 9.30.
DH's little brother is 18 months younger than him. he stopped naps at 18 months as well. he used to help his mum put his big brother down for a nap as he needed them for ages

Mine stopped napping at 18 months.
Made life easier if anything, as we could just crack on with whatever we were doing. Slept 12 hours too, so I had a few hours in the morning to get some exercise in, have a shower, get dressed and do a bit of work.
