Is DS really clever? Clearly he is a genius.

He's not really but he's only been at nursery a month and he's reciting phonics stuff. I'm just so proud and wanted to share it here rather than FB! He's three and a half.

Well done to your DS! Mine is quite clearly a budding artist and already recognises the numbers 1, 2, 3, 8 and 10

That's great! It's so exciting whenever they learn new things isn't it?! :)

Yay for MiniMAP!

My DCs have both come home from nursery full of phonics and numeracy knowledge and now my DC1 is in school I can see how much of a good start it has given them.

Although obv they are both geniuses too. Grin

I am so impressed! I think it's amazing what they can learn :-) they're not daft are they - just a bit of effort by someone who knows what they're doing. Well done to everyone's marvellous DCs!

Mine is too! He knows where his appendix is, and will pull his t-shirt up and point it out to anyone who is interested (and random people on the bus with no interest whatsoever). It comes from reading Madeline one too many times Smile

My 3yo was watching a tv programme earlier and I overheard the narrator say "If I had six and then got three more..." and my dd said "NINE!"

I almost choked on my biscuit!
