Advice pls, Screams at nap time and after bath

My 15 month old DD is a good sleeper. She sleeps through when she goes to bed between 6&7 pm (bedtime depends on how tired she is) and she was having two good naps a day, sleeping up to 3 hours total. Since she started nursery in June, they only put her down for one nap a day, 1.5hr after lunch. By bedtime she's exhausted, so after I pick her up at 5, I just end up having a difficult hour, including a lot of screaming when getting ready for bed after her bath. She's never enjoyed this part of her day, it's rare for her not to cry but it's been all the time lately. She has also started crying when I put her down for her nap. We usually give up to 10mins for her to calm, depending on how the cry sounds and she usually settles. Thing is I don't want her to be upset going to bed. I have tried putting her down earlier for naps, she just chats to herself for 40mins, then screams and won't sleep. Some days we've ended up going for a drive to get her to sleep. She is my first, so I wonder if anyone has any advice?
