Hi im just wondering if anyone can help me my daughter has just turned 4 and at home she talks all the time and is rarely quiet she talks ok in front of my mum and dad and close family she sees a lot of the time but when at nursery she talks to teachers and children but not in front of me she waits until i have left nursery to speak she also will not speak to strangers at all and childrens parents which she sees everyday she will not speak to them. Her friends from school see her outside the gate and talk to her she will not even say hello to them and just completely ignores them will not make eye contact im not sure if she is just shy or if it is something else? this has been going on for about a year now any suggestions would be appreciated thanks :-)
