My DS is 14 mo now and I found that a real routine only started establishing itself by 5/6 mo but he was a reflux baby who preferred to snack feed! We always had a bath/bottle/bed routine from 7 weeks. Have you started weaning at all? I found that really shaped our day so from memory we did wake 7am and bottle, nap 8.30am, 11am lunch, 11.30am nap, 2pm bottle, 4pm nap, 5pm tea, 6.30pm bath, bottle then story and bed.

I dropped his 7am bottle for breakfast when he was eating a fair amount so probably 6.5 months.

Nope. Every time I think we're establishing one, she pisses all over it changes up on me Grin

Only for bed if we are at home. Bath at 6.45/7pm, feed, cuddle, song in bed. Usually downstairs by 8pm, took up to 8.30/9 to start with. He still gets a story as well if he's restless. Used to always include a story but found he preferred to just have a quick cuddle and go to sleep rather than wait until after his story.

The rest of the day is just a rough guide.

Sleep until 8.30/9am. Nap around 10.30/11.30am, afternoon nap around 2/3pm or can be as late as 4pm
