Help, we seem to be going backward with wetting

DD2 is 7.7 and after never having a dry night we decided to get an alarm. Bought it in July and it seemed to have an immediate effect, she started holding the wee after a few nights and by two weeks the bed was dry with only tiny amounts of wee in her pants. From the middle to end of August she had 12 consecutive dry nights which was fantastic.

I knew she might have a set back after going back to school but since then we have about 4/5 dry nights followed by 1/2 nights with the alarm. However, she is now not holding it as much and I have had to change the bed a couple of times in the last week. She has also weeing during the day again.

She drinks plenty and I remind her she needs to go to the toilet at least twice at school, we stop drinks from 7.00pm (she goes to bed at 8.30pm). Please tell me she is just tired and will get back on track, I really thought we had cracked it :(

Sorry I meant to say I don't want to go back to the nurse as I didn't really find her very helpful, we must have checked for infection half a dozen times and she has never had one.
