When do babies start grabbing objects?

We were watching T bash the toys on his gym earlier and the H asked me when they start actually reaching for and holding toys voluntarily. We can't remember from last time (baby is 10 weeks, big sisters are 6 and 8) - so can anyone remind us?
Thanks.

My dd was around 4 months when she started attacking the toys hanging from her gym.

Ds was doing this early I think. He was batting and grabbing from 8/9 weeks old (I know that because we went to the US when he was 10 weeks old and he was doing it before then). He has pretty good fine motor skills but didn't walk until 16 months old though. I'm not sure what the average age for grabbing/reaching out is.

About 4 months-ish, I think. Depends on the baby, obviously .

I rememeber DS started to bat (but without much success) at about 10 weeks.

dd was 3 months but i think she was early.

ds can grab his dummy but can't do much with it once he has it, he's 8 weeks
