Hello. At this stage we were on 3 meals a day and our day went approx like this:

6am bottle
730am brekkie
800-930 nap
930-1130 play, go out
1130 lunch
1200-1330 nap
1330-1600 bottle, play, go out
1600 dinner
1630-1800 play
1800 bath, bottle
1900 bed

This makes it sound so simple but it def wasn't! Nap times varied quite a bit and on top of that I have a screamer which quite often put an end to play times, going out and napping!

Our routine is a moveable feast as also got a two year old at home, but:
Wakes (usually about 6.30am) and has milk
Breakfast about 8am
Nap about 9am
More milk about 9.45am
Out and about until 11.30ish
Sleep around midday after more milk
Play and cuddle when wakes
Lunch around 1pm
Out and about from 3.30ish and a nap whilst we r out
5ish milk and dinner
6pm bedtime with last feed
He is breasted so I quite often throw in additional feeds here and there
(And then feeding when he wakes at night!)
Hope this helps x

Hello, DD is just about to hit 8MO, but at the moment her day looks like this:

7am - wake & bottle of milk
7.30am - breakfast
9am to 9.30 /9.45am - nap

10.30am - fruit snack and milk (although she is starting to drop the latter at the mo I think)

12midday - lunch
1pm to 2.30 or 2.45pm - nap

3pm - snack & bottle of milk
5pm - dinner

6.30pm - bath
7pm - bottle of milk, book, bedtime.

Suspect this will change a little in the next few weeks if she does drop the mid morning milk, as we'll need to bring lunch forward to closer to 11.45ish so she's not starving by then. Hope that helps a bit.
