just before she was 1 I swapped her bottles to sippy cups for her milk, but I know a lot of people keep the bedtime bottle much longer than this.

2.5 and we still can't drop the sodding things Sad

Morning and bedtime milk in a bottle. Every other drink comes from any other kind of beaker or cup you can imagine, but milk comes from a bottle.

Dd dropped the bottle at around 15 months.

However she will not use a sippy cup, she will not tip them up to get the drink out.

She has an enclosed cup with a straw. Shes 23 months

We're almost at 4 years and still milk in a bottle for bed and breakfast with DS2. Same for DS1. He'll stop it when he wants and not until then, and I'm not fighting the stubborn little man. It's all about choosing your battles.

DS1 was one. We switched to cows milk in a cup.

DS2 never had a bottle. I weaned him straight from breast to sippy cup between 7 and 9 months.

fab. ds doesnt care how he gets his fluid so out the bottles go - he's 18mo and his only remaining bottle is bedtime. will get rid before he gets attached!

DD1 age 3.4 and still has 3+ bottles a day.
D2 age 13 months never taken a bottle.
Like others I'm picking my battles and after having DD2 who is a bottle refuser I'm thanking my lucky stars the first one took any bottles. It's hard being the sole provider of milk.
