Siblings fighting. Aaagghh!

We have two DSs who are 7.5 and 3. They fight. A lot! Mainly because the small one wants to be able to do whatever the big one is doing (mainly lego) and although they love to play together, DS2 can't keep up and gets frustrated and angry. He whinges and shouts and hits.

Just wondering if anyone has coping strategies (apart from locking myself in the bathroom) (and drinking more wine) as this 'phase' is getting worse!

Oh, and strategies for explaining to a 3 year old that it's not ok to scream at your brother when he tries to fix the model that you've just chucked across the room! Hmm

Remove the 3yo when he starts getting frustrated.
Zero tolerance on hitting - immediate consequences.
Have the 7yo build his models on a table/somewhere the 3yo can't reach.
