Was dry day and night but not anymore.

Hi everyone, I have a beautiful ( at times) daughter 3yrs 10 months, who has been dry day and night for nearly a year but recently we went on holiday and she has started to wet the bed again and not going to the toilet instead wetting on the floor. We have had no upset in the family that she is aware of ( I miscarried about 3 weeks ago but she was never told about the pregnancy)
Just wondering if there is any reason why she is doing this. Any ideas?

My daughter started doing this when she was about the same age but it started when she had a recurrant UTI. She is five and still wets the bed sometimes, it's frustrating because she was dry for quite a few months! Sorry thats not much help, just letting you know she's not the only one!
