7, nearly 8 year old Ds has BO! Normal?

He stinks! I thought this would be a puberty thing?

Is it because of the heat? Should I be concerned?

He seems too young to start wearing deodorant!

One of mine started at this age. I came on here and read few threads and a roll-on deodorant was recommended that he still uses, aged 9: Bionsen. It works well for him and he has no side effects.

My 8 year old ds is now distinctly whiffy under the armpits, so has been using a kids roll on as it was quite noticable despite washing morning and evening

I wouldn't worry too much. He hasn't grown a beard neither has his voice dropped . But if you are concerned, maybe a trip to the gp to have a chat?

Ah brilliant, no I'm not too concerned unless the collective Mumsnet wisdom told me I should be!
