Hi all, I just wanted to ask for some advice. I have been back at work for 8 months. For the past 2 months, when I've come home from work, my 19 month old DD isn't excited to see me. She hardly bats an eyelid and continues to play and will show me her toys or what she is doing. I work 2-3 days a week and she has a nanny.
However, when her dad comes home from work, as soon as she hears the door open, she stops what she is doing and runs to the door to give her dad a cuddle.
Initially I thought it was just a phase but it's starting to upset me! Has anyone experienced this?
