ARGH! Intentionally NOT weeing in the potty!?

DN (2.5) is here today. We started DD (also 2.5) potty training a few days ago and SIL started at same time since girls are close in age and always playing together.
DN has demonstrated readiness (saying when she's wet, had a few successes since Feb on toilet, etc). However, since starting the potty training she has (at home and here) been NOT weeing on the potty and instead going and 'hiding' then announcing "I did a wee!". IT IS SO FRUSTRATING!!! I have banned her from the play house (where she is going every time to do her wee) and have her on the potty every 15 minutes for 5-10 minutes with loads of juice and fluids. Any other suggestions?!?

Put the potty in the playhouse.

So we've had about 5 successes (including 3 requests AND a poo!) and the cheeky monkey just went back into the play house and first thing she did was WEE!! Play house now on permanent ban Shock

My son did this for the first three days of potty training. I think it was a protest that we were telling him it was time to use potty / toilet and give up the nappies. He wanted it to be on his own terms. All of a sudden he decided he'd use the toilet and has been fine ever since, apart from a couple of occasions in the first couple of weeks when he'd been naughty, we'd told him off, and then he'd deliberately weed in his pants just to annoy us!! No suggestions as such, but i'd stay strong and she'll realise it's not a battle she's going to be able to win long term. We also offered a present after 5 poos on the toilet (they freaked him out a bit, even after he wees were fine)
