Could you please share your 5 month old's routine, sleep and feeding if possible? Would be lovely to see what others with similar age babies are doing.

Thanks

Dd2 is 5 months now, we are doing the feed/sleep on demand thing (tried and failed to schedule dd1!).

Typical day is, wake up 6-7am and feed. Feed again 9am, then morning nap in rocker. Usually feeds again at 11 and 3ish, will usually have a long sleep after one of these feeds or short nap after both. Although if she is having a growth spurt can ask for feeds every 1-1.5 hrs during the day. From 6.30 pm onwards feeding/snoozing until 11pm (always was a cluster feeder).

Then usually sleeps through until morning (although not tonight...)

When ds was five months he used to feed every hour and scream in between Grin I worked on the two hour rule though at that age still, so once he'd been awake two hours I would try and get him to have a sleep. I think he went to bed about half eight and then fed every hour over night too Grin

Ps he's 19mo now and sleeps 12/13 hours a night plus one long nap in the day and goes down on his own.
